Through years of research and development, Demon Powersports has created an axle that combines affordability with top-notch quality standards. The Demon Heavy Duty Axles are larger, more robust, and stronger than standard axles.
These axles feature larger CV joints and shafts, a proprietary dual heat treatment process, and a 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage for unmatched strength and durability. The unique double plunge design allows for higher articulation angles, with approximately 1.5 inches of travel and 40° articulation on the inboard joint. The outboard joint can travel 0.5 inches and swing from 45°-47° depending on the model.
Equipped with TPEE (Thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boots, these axles are stronger, stiffer, more fatigue-resistant, puncture-resistant, and have higher temperature resistance than OEM boots. Molybdenum grease is used for low friction and smooth motion.
